Audio Recordings:
Voice2Mail allows you to record audio messages. These recordings are temporarily processed solely to deliver the messages to the email address you provide. We do not store audio recordings on our servers.

Transcriptions:
If you enable transcription, the audio will be temporarily processed to provide the transcription. Transcriptions are not stored or retained after delivery.

Email Address:
Your email address is used solely to deliver your recorded audio message and optional transcription. We do not retain or store your email address.

Usage Data:
We may automatically collect usage data such as device information, IP address, device type, operating system, app interactions, and crash reports to analyze and improve app performance (Google Firebase Crashalytics) This data is anonymized and does not personally identify you.

Third-party Services

Advertising:
Voice2Mail uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to display personalized ads. For more information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy
